
We’ve traveled all over Greece, in order to identify those producers who stand out for their truly organic crops, which successfully pass all the certification, taste and quality tests. Throughout this never-stopping long journey, we visited fields and facilities and discovered producers who use good-practices and adjust to our mentality, honesty and lifestyle standards.
We grew up among fruit-bearing and stone-bearing trees in fields of the Greek countryside, among vineyards and domestic animals. We learned from an early age the autonomy, satisfaction, authenticity but also the difficulties and harsh conditions that accompany the field and the farm. Our families taught us from young age the conscientious cultivation of the orchard, the organic treatment of various diseases of trees and fruits, the original taste, quality, aroma and texture that characterize the oil, the honey, the must, the wine, the milk, the cheese… Thus untouched, pure, straight from the orchard, collected by hand or with traditional, nature-friendly procedures and means. We’ve early owned the knowledge about nutrition, exercise and health, ecology and sustainability. And today, it is our turn to transmit this knowledge, to store it in jars and boxes, recycled and recyclable, and to transport the Greek soil and its’ treasures everywhere!
