Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
APOMAS extra virgin olive oil has a balanced, moderately fruity and spirited taste that awakens the senses. It comes from olives of the queen Koroneiki variety, that were harvested by hand across the Messinian land, and were oiled immediately after the harvest with cold-pressing method. It has a high percentage of polyphenols and an acidity of less than 0.3.
The dark green bottle protects it and keeps it purely untouched for a very long time, up to 24 months, whilst the careful labeling with the gold print detail makes it not only useful, but also a beautiful cooking ingredient on the kitchen counter.
